  I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle here, and I especially want to recognize Marco for being outstanding throughout the process. From start to finish, Marco was professional, transparent, and genuinely helpful. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, answered all of my questions without pressure, and made the entire transaction smooth and straightforward. I never felt rushed or pushed — just supported in making the right decision. Car buying can sometimes feel stressful, but Marco made it easy. Clear communication, fair dealing, and excellent follow-through. I would absolutely recommend this dealership — and if you can, ask for Marco.

  Update below I placed a deposit on a new vehicle and was told it would be secured for me upon arrival. I was ready to purchase and made that clear. The salesperson failed to secure the vehicle, did not track its arrival, and never processed my deposit to my credit card. The car was sold and I was left starting over. There was no follow-through and no accountability. Instead, I was told he was disappointed about losing commission. That’s not the customer’s problem. This situation was the result of poor execution and lack of attention to detail. I would not recommend the internet sales department based on this experience. "Response from the owner a day ago Hi Troy, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry to hear about the frustration you went through — buying a vehicle should never feel that way. After reviewing your comments and searching our records, we were unable to locate any deposit, communication history, or vehicle reservation under your name in our system. It also appears that this review may have been intended for a different dealership outside of our state." Responding to owner: This review is intended for your dealership. I communicated directly with your internet sales department using my full legal name and have text and email records of those conversations. If there is no deposit reflected in your system, that is consistent with the issue described in my review — it was never processed as agreed. I stand by my account of what occurred.

  I recently purchased a Toyota Grand Highlander from Bob Rasmussen at Findlay Toyota dealership. This was our third vehicle we have purchased from Bob in the last 20 years. He is the best car salesman we have ever dealt with. He is a genuine person not just a salesman. We hadn’t seen him in several years and the minute we walked in he wanted to catch up on how we were. He asked what we were looking for he explained what the new Toyotas were all about. He said let’s go drive some cars we did & fell in love with Grand Highlander. He makes car buying easy, and most of all we trust him and highly recommend Bob Rasmussen aka RAZ to anyone looking for a new vehicle. The whole Findlay Dealership was great to work with. We are very happy customers.

  I'm happy with the purchase process of a new Tacoma here. Francisco was very knowledgeable about the model and the inventory they had available. He took the time to review the various packages they had to make sure I found the vehicle that best suited my needs. He is also a great guy to have a casual chat with. I would certainly work with him on other purchases for my family.
