I bought my self a Denali 2500 from Dale Montgomery I love his customer service 10/10 ! I went back a day later with the wife for her car Andrew in the tower and dale and cimeron really are the best to work with !! They go above on beyond truly she needed a co-signer and to get the paper work done on time dale my salesman drove Al the way to northern California with the paperwork so we wouldn’t loose the car ! We recently purchased a new Hummer SUV from Findlay Prescott GMC, and overall, we were very happy with the transaction. The sales process was smooth, the team was professional and responsive, and the delivery of the vehicle was handled efficiently. We truly appreciate how straightforward the purchase process felt, and the vehicle itself has been fantastic.
However, there was one significant concern that needs to be addressed. Our business purchased the vehicle, and during the process of completing the online credit application, my personal credit was automatically hard-pulled. This occurred even though I did not provide my Social Security number or authorize a personal credit inquiry. This was unexpected and concerning, especially in a business purchase scenario.
While we are pleased with the vehicle and most aspects of the transaction, greater clarity and safeguards around credit authorization would greatly improve the customer experience. Transparency in this area is extremely important.
Overall, we are happy with our new Hummer and appreciate the dealership’s service, but we hope they review and improve their credit application process moving forward.

First and far most, I would like to give Lowell the car salesmen a big thank you. It was amazing to have a salesman that didn’t pressure us from the start. He sat there listened to my husband and I. It’s like he knew what we needed from start. If I needed another car/truck I would 10000% would go back to Lowell. The most polite and patient person ever! It was a calming and the most pleasant experience when my husband and I were there. Thank you so much Lowell!
I worked with sales consultant Jace. Working with Jace was a pleasure. He is low pressure and genuinely listens to help find what you're looking for.
He worked hard to find me a vehicle, and his technology skills helping me to figure out how to use the infotainment screen, and general settings on the vehicle were second to none.

I had an awesome experience with Findlay GMC Prescott from start to finish. Jace (my sales associate) and Sean (sales manager) were both fantastic to work with. Super straightforward, no pressure, and just genuinely good people who made the whole process easy and transparent.
I actually flew out to Prescott to pick up the vehicle and drove it all the way home, so this wasn’t just a quick local deal. Buying long-distance can be stressful, but they communicated clearly the entire time and had everything ready when I arrived. The truck was exactly as described, and the paperwork was smooth and efficient so I could hit the road.
The thing that really stood out was what happened after the sale. When I got home, the battery unexpectedly went out. I let them know, and they didn’t hesitate for a second — they immediately stepped up and covered the replacement. That level of customer service and standing behind what they sell says a lot.
If you’re considering buying from them, especially from out of town, I wouldn’t hesitate. Ask for Jace and Sean. They’ll take great care of you.
