Some of the information I was told at drop off wasn't correct and I'm now having to deal with that. We had some hiccups with our reservation and when we dropped the car off they couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. I forgot to get their names but the gal had short brown hair and the gentleman typically works out of the Sky Harbor location. That interaction was opposite of what I thought it would after dealing with the corporate office. I would give the corporate office the opposite rating as here. Thank you again for the help, it was appreciated.

Then when we tried to get road side from enterprise with an Uber or Lyft that was a Disaster!! I called 4x trying to get enterprise to set up a ride for us, we were out in the middle of nowhere and it was very Hot!!! The last call I made the person said he couldn't find a ride and told me to call 911 and hung up!!!!! OMGOSH!!!! I couldn't believe the Rotten service we received!!!! NEVER, NEVER will I rent from enterprise again!!!! They did replace the broken down car with another rented and upgrade, this was all through my insurance but, the damage was already done and i didn't trust them!!! Thankfully a friend drove to pick us up, glad he was home!!!
