- GLGerald LangFeb 25, 20261.0Extremely Bad experience - mechanic dropped socket into the engine. In trying to remove it they disconnected a hose to air box. Told me to go home and glue the hose. Seriously? Tried to call manager - was not available. Am trying to connect with corporate customer service. Took car to my own mechanic - need new air box and hose at a cost of over $400 Never again will go to Valvoline.

Very nice and welcoming and the performance was 100% excellent. Not only they did an oil change but also checked everything that needs to be checked upon. The names were Nate and Sean and Melissa. Great workers and they know what they’re doing. Highly recommended for this place:)
