Our family-owned business has been operating since 1992 and we have decades of RV repair experience. We pride ourselves in providing quality, knowledgeable, fair and courteous service. Since integrity is so important to us, we won't sell you any parts or perform any repair that you don't need.

He even found a cable that was rubbing and eventually would short out and probably cause a fire and took care of it before we had an issue. He had a great idea on a better way to deal with an inaccessible fuel filter and made it easier to service in the future. He provides better work and service than the large corporate rv centers in this area and is also more affordable. Because he's good, be prepared for the wait to get an appointment. It is well worth the wait!

Both times (install awning and install exhaust fan) they have been up front about the work that would be done, and executed it on time and professionally. There have been no issues with the work or function of the items. They are a small business and thus have a wait time to get the work done. That is normal for small businesses that do good work.

What Kind of RVs Do You Service?
We service all RVs, from the smallest tent trailer to the most significant class A motor home and everything in between.
Do You Provide Mobile (On-Site) Service?
We do provide mobile service for most repairs necessary. Occasionally, a restoration requires work at our shop, but that is an infrequent occurrence. We charge a service call to come to you; that service call depends on your location.
What is Your Service Area?
We provide mobile service to most of the Northern Arizona area. This includes the quad cities (Prescott, Prescott Valley, Dewey/Humboldt, Chino Valley) as well as Mayer, Cottonwood, Camp Verde, Cordes Junction, Black Canyon City, Paulden, Williamson Valley, Coyote Springs, Bagdad, Ash Fork, Seligman, and many others.
Do You Do Insurance Work?
Yes, we work with all major vehicle insurance companies. We provide free estimates for any RV insurance work you may need.
I Have an Extended Warranty. Will You Work With My Policy and Work on My RV?
Yes! We work with extended warranty companies. We provide free estimates for any anticipated work. We work to get you on the road as fast as possible.
What About Warranty Work in General?
Most warranty work necessary on your RV can be done through the manufacturer of the appliance or part that requires service. We can take care of that for you with no hesitation. If your coach requires warranty work done through the coach manufacturer, we will gladly contact them to see if we can provide service. We provide warranty service for several coach manufacturers. However, some require you to take your RV to an authorized dealer for assistance.
How Much Do You Charge?
Our labor rate is $115.00 per hour. We try to be as fair as possible with our speed. We work as quickly as possible to keep the labor rate to a minimum when providing you with repair service.
Are Your Technicians Certified?
We are proud to say that we are an authorized warranty and service center for ALL the RV appliance manufacturers in the industry. This requires yearly or semi-yearly training/classes completion, satisfactory testing, continuing education, and carrying of product in our facility. Several "certifications" are available, requiring paying a fee and watching a video. We don't believe in that. It's more important to be certified confidently by the manufacturers of the products in your RV. We want customers to have peace of mind that we are qualified to repair their RV.
I am a "DIY" Person. Do You Carry Parts?
We carry parts! We have the most extensive inventory of RV appliance parts in the area. We take all the latches, LP detectors, window parts, plumbing fittings, electrical wiring, towing wiring, and anything else you need to do your repairs.

We accept cash, personal checks, traveler's checks, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.
