  Overall good shop to work with. The entire situation with my car was a hot mess but Cody and Grant (I think those were their names) were understanding and patient. When my car was returned, it was shiny and clean. They did a much better job seamlessly fixing it than Findlay Collisions did for my last accident. They also had a conversation with me a pickup about another problem and offered insight, which was very kind. I will say, if you have an appointment scheduled through insurance more than a month out, you need to check to make sure the appointment didn't get automatically cancelled like mine did.

  My insurance company directed me to take my vehicle to your shop following a recent accident. However, they also informed me that I am not required to have the repairs completed there—only the damage appraisal needed to be done at that location. When I called and explained this to Brandy, one of your employees, she responded, “That would be a waste of our time if we did not perform the repairs.’” Not really quality customer service and I will not be using you guys in the future.

  Grant and Austin are extremely helpful. They helped me with my FRS when a palm tree decided it wanted to hit my car! Great customer service, quick and easy

  The lady in charge (I forgot her name) made my Subaru Legacy look like new. She was awesome and so was the entire work done on the vehicle.

  Very professional and high quality work. Dawn and Grant were very helpful in all areas from the estimate and working with the Adjuster. Came highly recommended and I'm very pleased.
