  Great customer service!!! Very straightforward, James and Michelle are awesome. They are very informative and physically showed me what my estimate was and explained what James was going to do.

  Started using these guys after misdiagnosis from a small local shop, pricing is a little more but I want diagnosed and fixed right the first time. I now take all four of my vehicles there.

  I have been there twice in the last couple of weeks. The last time it was to look into brakes that had been put on by a mobile mechanic and were still smelling after two weeks of driving. They did an inspections and said it was not the brakes but a leaking transmission. But also noted that a tie rod was loose and needed to be replaced. I took my car to another brakes shop in Prescott , Jims for a second opinion and they said it was loose, but did not need replacing , made the adjustment and since I had recently bought new tires I had the wheels aligned as the old tires showed uneven wear. I had asked for a write up from Brakes Plus re the tie rod and cost and was told it would be emailed to me-never came, asked again for it and it still never came.

  Very happy I went to Brakes Plus. Dylan was professional, showed and explained to me in detail what I needed on front brakes. Ray was the tech on the job. He made sure it was sound and quiet when he test drove it. I definitely recommend Brakes Plus.

  Came down here from California and my jeep broke down and this place helped us and were extremely nice the minute we got here. Being from out of town and stranded is scary but the team here was extremely helpful and supportive and made us feel safe. Everyone who came in here in the time frame we were here left satisfied. Highly recommend this place !
