Came in for an oil filter but the one I needed wasn't available, but Alan took the responsibility of finding an alternative and getting up to show me these alternatives along with also finding the right price for me. I appreciate this and hope to see more employees like him. He needs a raise or a promotion.

I figured go to an AutoZone & see if an associate would be of assistance in my need of desperate help. I walked into the store not expecting any help but of proper direction to resolving the car issue at hand. I was greeted & welcomed by Jay; I then walked over to his area. Jay then asked me if there was anything that he could help me with. To that I stated, my passenger headlight was out according to the warning label on my dashboard & to the naked eye as well. Jay informed me that it would be an easy fix & would be willing to take a look. We proceeded outside; Jay took a look at the problem. Stated that I needed to replace the bulb, and there were no further complications just a simple resolution. I was ecstatic & relieved to have heard such wonderful news due to my prior attempts earlier aka DIY fix it yourself style. Jay was gracious to replace the bulb & fix the issue without any mishaps. I couldn't have thanked him enough for his willingness to help & professionalism. I know that to others this would be nothing however the extent & frustration of trying to fix this issue without mechanical knowledge myself has alleviated the stress of having a headlight out & the potential of getting a citation from local police has released me from all concerns. So yet again THANK YOU SOOOOOOO VERY MUCH JAY YOU DESERVE A FREAKIN RAISE!!!!!!!
