  I called today at 8:42 pm 04/28/25 to check if they had something I needed and I had to wait 10min to get in contact with someone, as soon as I tell this person what do I need he immediately says he doesn’t have it. He did not even check if my part was in stock and I checked on the website and it says it is in stock. Not professional at all and hope he gets fired. No customer service skills at all.

  I would just like to say what great service I received at the Chino Valley AutoZone this morning. Oscar helped with my headlights. I'm an older woman and not knowledgeable about auto parts. He was absolutely wonderful. Good honest service like I grew up with. Thank you Oscar for exceptional service!

  Amazing service from Dshwante.. he went above and beyond! He was able to get me the correct bulb for my truck and get it installed for me. I really appreciate his willingness to help and assist. Thank you!

  I would not recommend coming to this location if you are a woman. They were so rude and unhelpful. Either straight up ignoring me and my friend or just plain lying about doing stuff that their website says they do, just because they didnt feel like doing it. Extremely disrespectful. Would not recommend.

  SUPER HELPFUL!!! These guys know there stuff. I had been trying to figure something out for awhile (youtube was no help) and Deshawn but it's spelled different Dshw-something was the man who saved the day. Knew exactly what to do for my car. THANK YOU. I fully recommend this Auto Zone in Prescott Valley as the go-to!!!
