  The battery died in the Payless car we rented in Phoenix so we called Payless but got shuffled from one department to another with no help forthcoming. We got a jump and ended up at AutoZone. The staff here had the battery we needed, installed it in the car, and gave us 3 copies of the receipt to try to get a refund from Payless.

  The alternator went out in our car Labor Day weekend while we were in Pinetop. With everything closed we decided to replace it ourselves. The tow truck dropped us off at Auto Zone. I have never experienced such great customer service anywhere! The manager, Josh, went above and beyond to help us. I also want to thank Bailey for helping us with a jump start! These gentlemen made our day! Thank you guys so much!
