- COCHRIS ORLIESep 25, 20255.0The battery died in the Payless car we rented in Phoenix so we called Payless but got shuffled from one department to another with no help forthcoming. We got a jump and ended up at AutoZone. The staff here had the battery we needed, installed it in the car, and gave us 3 copies of the receipt to try to get a refund from Payless.
