- BCBrad CookMar 23, 20261.0The attached images are how my car was when I got home. I got an oil change and I heard a scraping sound and under my car was the cover hanging down. I understand my car is 70,000 miles and may not be perfect like the day it was bought, but this should not happen, and especially the other cover that was forgotten to be put back on. There was no mention of anything missing or any problems to me when I left. Hopefully they can check and see who did my service and give them a training session or two. Now I have to order new parts since they forgot to put them back on and I had to jack my car up to be able to see all of this. I always take my car to Valvoline to get my oil changed, but I've never taken it to this location before. If any manager is looking at this, this was a few weeks ago.

(Which is always refreshing) Jarrett multi tasked and helped with oil change and was also polite and professional. He was organized in managing multiple cars with next steps. They have available WiFi if you want to use while waiting, and provided a complimentary cold water as well. Over all I think I was there 15m? I’d recommend coming here if you need an oil change or maintenance check.
