  Thank you Drew and Jaysson! Helped my family and I to get a family plan membership and took care of us getting our cars cleaned! Very nice people. If you wash your car often, recommend getting a membership save more money and stay fresh! Thanks again. -Monique.

  I had complained about the back of my SUV not getting clean. Drew was very helpful in showing me they now offer window cleaner in spray bottles to help. That's nice, it's just too bad I have to clean the back of my car instead of of the drive thru getting it done.

  Jaysson was very informative and helpful. He made sure I had the best experience at this location. Not only did he bring me fresh towels and window spray, he gave me the best customer service as well. I will be coming to this location from now on. Thanks to my new friend!!

  I'm not a member but the few times that I have showed up for this car washed is nothing but excellence. Jaysson not only has a charming personality and so upfront about the services they provide. He's almost convinced me each time I've gotten a single wash to sign up for the membership, keep up the hard work. Raceway deserves a employee like you. 👍

  I used to go to the Race way car wash on Glendale Ave it's where I bought my membership from and is it literally across the street from my house I don't like the customer service they are rude he didn't want to wash my car I had 30 minutes until close so he directed me to this location on 43rd and Northern I'm very happy with the customer service at this location there is a man his name is Richard I just had my car washed by him very friendly and very polite for me it takes me a long time to wash my car and they were so nice I asked the manager I believe his name is Jason very nice young man I needed my car mates washed and I was happy that he let me get them washed. He told me sure you can take them over to the guy Richard and he was more than happy to take care of me. You have a great Crew at that location and I think maybe they should go and train the crew on Glendale Ave. I will never step back on the other location you almost lost a customer because of the way they are running it over there. As much as I appreciate the staff on Northern and 43rd they are the best I have been going there ever since the day Glendale turned me away and it's been almost 2 months and I go twice a week.Richard and Jason are very good at their jobs and the customer service is consistent as well as their hard work if I was the boss I would make sure to give them a raise. I just love that location I don't care how close I live from the Glendale location but I can imagine how much money you have lost just for that crew turning the customer away. Maybe you can find more people like Jason and Richard they are the best.those are the type of people that keep your customers coming back.
