  I will never come here again or give a recommendation. I give this place a 1 star for pushy sales person and smart aleck response. I would give a zero star if that was possible. I understand businesses are about making money, as it should be. However, when the people behind pushing memberships go overboard, I draw the line. I was in a hurry today, and just needed the dust rinsed off my car to present myself nicely to a client. Nothing more nothing less. The young man this morning behind the machine swiping the cards for a customer, tried selling me a membership. I stated I was not interested, he proceeded to keep telling me about the memberships, I stated I was in a hurry, he then had the audacity to say " well are you going to use the vacuums?" I stated no because once again I am in a hurry. He proceeded to say " well it's because people tell me they are in a hurry and then use the vacuums". I was dumbfounded. First, it's none of this kids business to constitute what a person's "hurry" means to him. The amount of time it takes to listen to a membership pitch is the amount of time it takes to quickly vacuum the front driver seat of your car. I am in my 50's, I do not need some kid questioning me about anything. I know he most likely meant no harm, but customer service training needs to be revisited. I did not have plans to vacuum and I did not because I as stated, I was in a hurry. Customer service is a lost art.

  They have been double charging me and think its ok. I've been paying 62$ x twice a month! The guy that called me said it was my fault. I asked to be refunded for one account, since i have 2, as i said he said it my fault. This manager made excuses over and over and refused to help a loyal paying double customer. I canceled everything, I'll go to another carwash moving forward.

  Lindsay did a 4 min thorough Detail to my Honda Civic. Couldn’t have done it better myself and had a pleasant smile when she was done. Thank You for an above average experience .

  Took my car for a wash, not too busy at 4 o'clock on a Tuesday. Lyndsey was a breath of fresh air. Friendly, helpful and welcoming. One other attendant besides her, quiet and friendly as he kept very busy.. They seemed to be well managing the place. And for a change, we had some over head country music going, which I enjoyed :) Been there many times before, but this time was a little different in a good way.
