  Worst car wash I've ever had. Not even the side mirrors were clean. Definitely not worth the price.

  Derek G. Was great! Great personality very engaging and somehow tricked me into paying $30 for a car wash 😂 Probably one of the best personalities I have ever experienced at this car wash. Truly am grateful for the experience! I hope someone reading this shows him some gratitude and value for the service he provides!

  Well today I received the BEST customer service that I have received in along time. Ryan was very helpful and even though I had just stopped by to get a free car wash he was very knowledgeable, very polite and extremely helpful. He asked if I wanted to get a membership (key words he asked) he didn't push or force me into purchasing anything. I told him where I lived and he stated that there was 17 locations and gave me a flyer with all locations. He also stated that the free wash was their top wash so I went ahead and got my truck washed and then I vacuumed it out. Hestopped by while I was vaccuum and asked how things went I stated solo cause the wash didn't hit some of the major parts of the truck. He automatically asked if I wanted it ran through again do to the fact I drive a lifted Tacoma TRD SPORT he stated that sometimes that affects the wash. So at that very moment he had mentioned sold on a very reasonable month plan. Unfortunately it wont be at this location do to the area I live in but hopefully the Bell Rd location will have a Ryan there with the same great customer service I received today. I Highly recommend this carwash and give many props to Ryan Again, thank you Ryan for your great attitude and awesome customer service.....

  I have been to many car washes, but none like this. When I first pulled in Derek greeted me with the most enthusiastic look on his face trying to sell this Subscription unfortunately I already had my own subscription so I had to turn it down, but the way he conveyed himself grasped my attention so much that I was willing to get another membership. If I had to come back to any car wash on this side of town, it will definitely be here at Raceway. Thanks to Derek. He deserves a raise.
