And don’t forget our wide selection of Grab & Go items, including all beef hot dogs and taquitos, breakfast sandwiches, subs, salads, wraps, and donuts. We also carry a huge variety of chips, candy and other snacks. The coolers keep our bottled drinks – water, juice, soda, energy drinks, beer, and more - at a delightfully refreshing temp. Other amenities include an inside ATM, bathrooms cleaned every half hour, bagged ice, lottery and scratcher tickets, and tobacco. Very convenient stop for gas and a snack before returning your rental car at Sky Harbor. The gas prices weren't too bad and they have plenty of pumps. Very helpful cashier!

Changed to different soda system. Been telling then for 2 months all the mixes are off. Still not fixed..
Hot dog buns are now under cooked, new vendor.

I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had with an employee during my recent visit.
After completing my purchase, I politely said “thank you” to the cashier. Instead of acknowledging me or responding, the employee stared at me in silence with a visibly irritated expression. There was no verbal response, no courtesy, and no attempt at basic customer service. The interaction felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
I understand that everyone has difficult days, but completely ignoring a customer and responding with visible hostility is not acceptable in a customer-facing role. The employee appeared miserable and disengaged, and it left me feeling as though my presence was an inconvenience.
QuickTrip is typically known for friendly, efficient service, which made this experience especially disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to reinforce expectations around professionalism and basic courtesy toward customers.
