- MCMarcus CeaserMar 28, 20261.0From the manager all the way down to the sales reps, and also the back office real pushy, disrespectful, and don’t wanna do a lot of digging for specifications on trucks for customers. The manager, Matt tried to show me some paperwork that was between myself and the lenders had nothing to do with Penske. Tried to manipulate my perspective on the contract. A contract that has nothing to do with him lol. Erik, the sales rep, my wife and I saw him literally take a customer‘s phone and give himself a five star review.

Erik took the time out to take me and my mom to look at a truck, he let us check out the interior and inspect the engine bay. 10/10 would recommend.
