Upon arrival at Phoenix Sky Harbor Intl Airport please retrieve your luggage and take the Airport Car Rental Shuttle to the Car Rental Center. Do not enter the Car Rental Center. Exit the shuttle to your right and go to the Visitor Parking Elevator and down to the P Floor. Exit straight ahead - you will see blue signs directing you to the NU Car Rental pick up location in the Visitor Parking lot where our shuttle will be waiting for you. As an option to reduce wait time from the airport to our counter you may prefer to use Uber or Lyft directly to our location at your own expense.
