  Switched to National Car Rental after a few bad experiences with other rental companies, and it’s been nothing but great ever since. I’ve rented multiple times across different locations and the experience is consistently smooth. Staff are always friendly and helpful, upgrades are common, and the cars are clean and in great condition. Most importantly, no lines. After a long flight, the last thing you want is to wait around, and with National you’re usually in and out quickly. At this location, the experience was no different. Since we reserved a larger SUV, we met with another friendly staff member who gave us a few options and was especially kind to the kids, making them feel included and special. The return process was just as smooth, with no surprises. Will definitely continue using National in the future.

  National is always great. I make about 20 rentals a year for work and it is rare that a car is not available for me and clean. The staff always seems happy. As an example at drop off at phoenix airport, Lilly greated me right away, was super happy, kind, informative and patient which could easily not be the case with how busy the drop off area can be.

  Efficient delivery of car at Sky Harbor (Phoenix, Az). Returned the car 1-1/2 days early due to change in plans. Rented in Phoenix and returned in Sedona per National instructions at no extra cost was made so easy. Always good to work with a company that makes things easier, not harder. Still waiting for final bill which was not given to me in Sedona at Enterprise location .

  Overall experience was good! About 3 miles out from facility the service light indicated service needed soon. I put 1000 miles on rental. Using the full tank of gas, proceeded to station to realize that the gas cover was stuck and wouldn’t open. Driving to another station on fumes, the vibration freed the latch and was able to fill. My next fill up was the same requiring me to beat on the lid which it broke from the inner support. Finally the latch mechanism released. From this point l did not close allowing me access.

  National Car Rental has always been a reliable rental company for me! Some companies are rock solid and consistent, others drink the Coolaid of short term gains by screwing their loyal customer base, leading to their demise. Recently, I was forced to use a rental company I was once loyal to years ago (at this same location). The tried futility, to burn me and my company with false damage charges, and got caught in the act (I suspect they were trying to burn multiple customers as I heard other complaints first hand)...they are no longer there! Now that is poetic justice! To the money spending consumer, this represents a major victory in free market economies! Run your business in a sound and ethical way, or perish. Simple! Kudos National for operating as the former, not the latter! You have always provided me with top notch customer service in every location I have ever visited (easily in the 100's). This demonstrates a corporate commitment to quality and customer service, in an honest and ethical fashion! Please keep it up and avoid the temptation to rob your customers based on the latest MBA CEO's unethical schemes! Great job and avoid the temptation to steal at all costs!
