  I used your app on Monday to park for a concert. I will attach my pass. When we got there the pass worked fine and we parked. We went to the elevator on the fifth floor and had to scan pass the access elevator to go down and had no problems. When our concert was over we went to go back to our vehicle and again were asked to scan pass to use elevator to go up to the fifth floor and the pass would not work. Tried multiple points and they would not work and we were forced to use the stairs. My husband and I both are older and have health challenges (we have a handicapped pass) that make going up five flights of stairs almost impossible. In addition to just physical limitations I also have asthma. I made it three flights before my attack started. The stairs were also littered with dirty clothes and human waste. What should have been an amazing night turned bad really fast. Spent the rest of the night fighting my asthma attack and had to call out of work it was so bad. I would give this garage and your app zero stars. Will never utilize this service again.

  Great place to park needs a little more lighting but other than that easy to find.
