When you go to get the oil change - they ask you if you've driven "under any of these circumstances" or something like that. The first circumstance was "stop and go traffic". Everyone stops and go's while they drive. After you say yes to that - they prompt to upcharge you. All mechanics do this - and that's business. But if someone doesn't know anything about cars or oil changes, you definitely will get reeled into that. If they did not try to upcharge you on a million things - would be a higher rating. Customer service was solid and they are efficient.
