  Pulled in asked for a quote to my specific GM Yukon engine and when finished was told it was extra for additional oil to the quote. Was offered no apology or compensation. Left and noticed my Oil Life setting reminder was not reset as usual so I had to return. Again not even an apology offered. Was also not given a next change reminder sticker if that is even still a thing. Not near the service I had received at that location in the past.

  Stopped in for an oil change during my out of town visit. Super quick service, professional and friendly technicians. Gave a great discounted price. Definitely stop by here. I will again if I’m ever in the area and in need of some car maintenance.

  The services that were performed were timely and affordable, however the first thing I mentioned to Trent, the associate who was doing intake when I pulled up to the Jiffy Lube line was that my car was leaking something and I couldn’t tell what it was. I told him I was definitely due for an oil change but I was hoping they could tell me more about where the leak was coming from as well. Trent assured me they could take a look and had me wait in the lobby. Trent popped in to the lobby to check in a few times but kept complaining to me and another guest multiple times about how busy he had been all day and how he couldn’t wait for the day to be over. This didn’t really bother me until it came time for me to check out and pay for the services. I noticed they only charged me for an oil change and headlight replacement, so I asked him what they learned about the leak to which he replied… “There’s no leak. Our guys checked and IT MUST HAVE FIXED ITSELF…” I was so put off and frustrated by the complete lack of care and dismissal of my concern that I just left. If it was that easy for them to dismiss me I didn’t feel I was going to get anywhere productive. I didn’t feel good about the interaction when I got home so I called back, the same associate Trent answered again remembered my appointment and said “Oh yea there was a leak but we couldn’t tell where it was coming from…” No plan of action, no suggestion on where to go if they couldn’t help just completely dismissive. I will not go back to Jiffy Lube even thought it’s barely a mile from my house. Car repairs can be expensive. I’m not a car mechanic and I’m trusting that when I take my car to a shop someone working there at least cares enough to say this is safe to drive or it’s not and even though we can’t help this is our suggestion on what to do next.

  I really enjoy having this Jiffy Lube close to my home They are always helpful with checking my air in tires and putting on new windshield wipers Today I stopped by to see if they did oil changes and they said yes and that they could do it right then I was thrilled In and out in 15 minutes I will definitely use them again Thanks guys!
