I arrived and was told that they were out of the oil filter that was required for my car, and I could go to another jiffy lube or wait 30 minutes for one to arrive. I should have left but decided to wait. One hour later, the first manager told me they were still waiting on the filter; ok, that makes two of us. Awhile later another manager arrived. Then the guy who originally checked me in told me the filter arrived but they ran out of the oil my vehicle required but they filled the rest with some other oil just to get me out of there, after 4-5 other cars were serviced. He did tell the second manager to give me a discount which they did, but when I got home and read the receipt, not only was my personal information incorrect, but my vehicle information was incorrect also. And the oil change reminder sticker said I would need another oil change at 75,000 miles- my vehicle has over 140,000 miles on it. I need to get my AC serviced, but I will go to jiffy lube the same day I blow the sun out!
