  The employee who greeted my girlfriend there was rude and not customer service based. He was mean to her and told her to go move the car. I am not sure we are going back to have service there.

  2015 Jeep Rubicon, leaking oil and other fluids on my driveway and in garage, got me looking like a bum living in my neighborhood, plus it's just not supposed to be like that. My wife, the Warden qas not having it. This is my 4th Jeep, had an occasional leak but nothing like this. Heard about Grease Monkey and Thad by word of mouth, decided to take a chance. Finding a good mechanic is hard enough, an honest one too...rare like hen's teeth. Brief call on the phone and he already knew the issue. Was heading out of town and wanted to time it so I wouldn't be out of my ride. No problem. Thad picked up my vehicle and took it to the shop. Kyle called me, gave me a rundown of his findings and we decided on a game plan. Couple days later and Kyle calls me back, Jeep ready. Again, Thad kept my Jeep while I was out of town then dropped it off conveniently for me to pick up near the airport. Who does that? Jump in my Jeep and can tell already Ol' Gus is feeling pretty good. Park him overnight in a pristine area of my driveway, expecting to see a spot or two in the morning. Nada. Not one little dribble. Believe me when I tell you my driveway looks like a hyenas backside where I usually park. Problem solved at a very reasonable price. Apparently Kyle went and pressure washed the underneath of my Jeep and paid for it himself. Who does that? In all honesty, I couldn't be more happy with the repairs, and the fact that I found myself not only an exceptional mechanic shop at Grease Monkey, but an honest man in Thad, willing to go the extra mile for a man he's never met. That's right, we did it all over the phone and my expectations were far exceeded. If you're looking for honesty and integrity in a mechanic shop, look no further than Grease Monkey. They are the real deal.

  I brought my fleet vehicle in to get serviced and walked across the street to grab lunch and I got a call that everything was done before I could even finish eating. Great quality and great customer service!
