  Bad service from enterprise and local management. I received a confirmation phone call AND email the day before my scheduled pickup. I show up day of to pickup my rental to be told there was a recall that morning. James Zaveti, the branch manger had no interest in helping me and truly seemed not to care at all. Even went as far to blame me for not calling the local office, like that would have anything to do with the recall on my vehicle. After he made NO effort or attempt to find me another vehicle, I asked for his boss’s contact. He got extremely defensive and threatened to throw me out of the office when asking this of him. Finally he walked in the next office and called his boss ON SPEAKER PHONE. I could hear his boss, Jennifer Sheffer say “go ahead and give him my number, I’m not going to call him back”. I laughed when he came back in the room and told him I heard everything. Because I could see I was going to get zero help from the local team, I asked for a contact from corporate or someone higher. James told me no and refused to provide me with another contact. I could see this was going no where and they were unwilling to even try and help. Coast me over a $1000 to reschedule my other arrangements due to not having a vehicle. Worst customer service from local branch and worst service from Enterprise as a whole. Beware using company.

  The staff was very polite and professional. The van was very clean and appeared well maintained. I would rent from them again for sure.

  My wife and I rented a truck from Enterprise to move pur belongings from a shipping pod to storage. We met Assistant Manager Brenda Rodriguez at the front counter. She was very helpful and informative. She was patient and explained the vehicles she had for rent and possibilities of what truck could best help us. She provided exceptional customer service. She is an excellent representation of Enterprise. Should we need to rent a truck or car again we will go with Enterprise.
