  I had originally given this location a good review, but after, the issues didn’t stop. The first rental they gave me was filthy and the tire kept going flat. To make up for it, they gave me a discount on another rental. Cool. The next thing that happened was that vehicle leaked oil all over my driveway. I had to pay $300 to have a company come out and clean my driveway. In order to get my money back, they told me I would need to contact the shop that did the oil change. Why? I didn’t do business with that shop. I did business with enterprise. Why should I have to go out of my way because the car wasn’t properly inspected before giving it to me. It doesn’t stop there. They requested that I come swap out the car for a different one that wasn’t leaking oil, so I told them I would bring it that weekend. Well… I got pulled over in the car, and when I went to open the glove box, there was live ammunition in there. I’m not allowed to have firearms and was harassed over the bullet. I mean this is incompetence at its finest. I immediately called the location and they told me that I could come swap out the car immediately and that I would get the entire rental for free (on a recorded line by the way). Upon returning the car, Steve (the manager that was all smiles before) tried charging me $700 for the rental which I told him I wasn’t paying because of his assistant manager telling me it would be taken care of. I mentioned that it was a recorded call and he proceeded to only call me from his personal phone after that. I wonder why. Then, I called to follow up because not only had I still not received what I was promised, I was getting calls about the bill, and I had still not even received my deposit back which I was assured was separate from the open bill. All of a sudden, I get a call a few days later from THE NEW MANAGER SEAN. Great!! Sean assures me that everything is going to be taken care of, that my $700 would be refunded via check in the mail in no later than one week. Finally, someone who would make things right. Nope. It’s been over 3 weeks since Sean called me. I’ve reached out multiple times to both him and corporate, and each time they tell me someone will follow up within a day. Not even one call. Today, I called again and guess what? A new manager again!! He said he would make sure someone would call me by the end of the day. If not, then he would. Do you think I got a call? No. This is seriously bad business. And on top of it? Now I’m receiving bills from their corporate office requesting the $700.

  They upgraded me to an SUV and the vehicle was perfect for us to do our roadtrip. It was fuel efficient, had all the options I consider important, like Apple Car Play and AC, plus new tires. I will definitely be using Enterprise again for future rental vehicles.

  I've rented from this location 3 times. Every time it is simple, easy and no problems. Great cars at fair prices. Special shout out to Shaun and Matt for today's (3.3.26) rental. They went beyond expectations and laughed at my jokes.

  Will be going back to Enterprise again after the wonderful experience I just had. Staff knows how to treat the customer. Refreshing indeed.
