We suffered a tragedy that called for a trip to a local hospital during the time the car was due to be returned. The gentleman at enterprise offered support through out the process of returning the vehicle and made the checking out process as smooth as possible. The staff at this location take pride in their customer service and their kindness went farther than they know.

Received a voicemail same day of reservation that stated “might be busy when you arrive and may have to switch for a truck in a 1-2 days.” That was not an issue for us, Only to arrive the day of and have NO vehicle available- they stated they have to get one delivered from another location- with a 2 hour wait. Where is the customer service today? Why was the vehicle not shipped over when we ordered it, or send us to another location when you knew they wouldn’t have one. Let’s try for better management people. Do not recommend this particular location or even possibly enterprise- maybe. Do better!
