This location is not the closest but on 2 separate occasions have made reservations here due to their hours being a bit later than others. Unfortunately each time Ive showed up to get my reserved vehicle i end up getting some very unpleasant and unaccommodating agent who id swear seems to be doing everything possible to make sure i don’t get a suitable car, not to mention the one id reserved. The other enterprise locations are a night and day difference of customer service, which makes all the difference of course, as these yahoos literally left me stranded twice now. Corporate needs to step in and take a deep look at why the employees at this location not only don’t jump through hoops to help when necessary (like their counterpart locations), but infact seemingly go out of their way to make sure you don’t get what you’d planned/reserved. Highly disappointed, avoid this location and find the next nearest, trust me u don’t want to be left SOL in what typically is an imperative aspect of your plans, and should be a hassle free experience. Oh and pls save the “heres our contact info” garbage response like you’ve done to every other similar complaint, its not only extremely unhelpful, but essentially disregarding our quite valid problems with this location, instead try telling me what the intention is when instead of being genuine like most responding to complaints, you just pass off a generic link to a contact form/info? Pretty much says, “yep ur unimportant and we really don’t care about legit customer service”. Nice
