  Where do I begin? The location is perfect for pick up and drop off. When you think rental car you probably have a vacation or trip planned. I have done that in the past, but recently I had car issues and when the panic subsided I knew Entreprise was the only place I could turn to. They made the reservation quick and easy. I must say a special thank you to Jalen and Noelle, and the driver that picked me up. Each was helpful and made me feel important. No doubt where I will rent my next car from. Thank you!!!

  While being in the Phoenix area from Northern Arizona traveling to my daughter's softball game near Tucson, sheisty mechanic work on my personal car let me down. Stranded with no hope on making it to my daughter's softball game I went into Enterprise on 19th Ave on a last minute notice. Jalen & Noele saved the day with extremely great customer service & got me into a rental car within minutes. I made it to my daughter's game with 3 minutes to spare before the game started thanks to the amazing staff here at Enterprise.

  So far so good. I just picked up a car. Very friendly and helpful. Explained things in good detail. And wasn't bothered that I kept asking questions. I appreciated their customer service. We'll see how the drop off is on the weekend. 🙂

  Professional and helpful staff. Made a difficult situation less stressful. Had to change return dates twice and they made it easy. Definitely recommend.

  Recently been in a car accident and received a rental from this establishment hassle free ! Great customer service from start to finish! What a crew!!!!
