    This was an easy in and out process with a super car for my family's use. I liked the pre-pay option and made the pick-up while jet-lagged even easier. I was disappointed, but forewarned that Enterprise would not be assisting me to gain access upon return to a wheelchair given family needed use of one not only with pick-up, but with the return drop-off. I had to resort to contacting the main airport office who assured me that wheelchairs were stored in plenty at the front of the office. However, upon returning the car, the enterprise staff did not have on at her station and, there was not a clearly indicated, accessible location for finding this stash of plenty of such wheelchairs. It was totally by chance that a single rickety chair was located near the front of the building and we made due. I think that Enterprise could have done better than that. Possibly as indicated as a courtesy to assist in securing one, even for someone after hours, and having it stored in the office where the staff checked the morning we left would have been decent.

    Every associate at the Phoenix Airport Enterprise location was extremely friendly and helpful. At the rental counter, the associate helped walked us through the early check-in process. He even took time to look up what Terminal we would need to debark for our return flight. We were able to select our own vehicle within the class we chose. This was new to us, being used to having a vehicle assigned. It took us a bit of time to find one that fit our height and driving comfort, but each vehicle we looked at was exceptionally clean inside and out. Upon return, the associate was again very friendly and helpful. What a pleasure to interact with such happy employees! While we look at cost when making a rental decision, after a few not so great experiences with other rental agencies, we will definitely not let cost be the first and last deciding point after the great experience we had with Enterprise in Phoenix, the care we were given by the employees, and the ease of renting/returning a car from start to finish.

    We had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with Enterprise during our recent rental in Arizona. About 60 minutes into our drive, the vehicle suddenly lost power and became inoperable, creating a serious safety concern. We were effectively stranded for over four hours and received no effective support during that time. Because of this, we missed an important university Preview Day event that was a major purpose of our trip. We contacted roadside assistance and waited nearly two hours for a tow truck to arrive. However, the situation became even more concerning: • The tow truck driver was unable to transport us to another rental location • We were left at a gas station without assistance • We were told that an Uber or taxi would be arranged, but no transportation was ever provided • We ultimately had to find our own way (with help of gas grocery store )to get transportation to Enterprise Presscott!and it is over 4 hrs we are still not getting a replaced car or any constructive assistance from Enterprise! What made the situation even worse was how poorly it was handled afterward. With the help of a local gas station employee, we were finally able to make it to the Prescott Enterprise location shortly before closing and get another vehicle so we could continue with the rest of our plans. Without that local help, we might not even have made it there in time. When we returned the car at the airport, we spoke with a manager expecting some level of accountability, a sincere apology, and a reasonable resolution. Instead, the response felt dismissive and perfunctory. At first, the compensation offered was only a very small amount. After we pushed back and explained again that we had been abandoned for over four hours, missed an important event, and dealt with a real safety issue, they finally agreed to waive 2/3 of the rental charges and reimburse us the transportation from gas station to Enterprise Prescott. Most disappointing of all was the attitude. When we asked for a formal apology and a more reasonable response, we were met with comments such as, “Isn’t that partial waive enough?” and “Isn’t my verbal apology enough?” That response showed very little understanding of the seriousness of what happened. This was not a minor inconvenience. It involved vehicle failure, safety concerns, lack of timely support, missed commitments, and dismissive customer service afterward. We also submitted a formal complaint and did not receive meaningful follow-up. We are leaving this review because other customers deserve to know that when something goes seriously wrong, the response may be far below what you would reasonably expect.

    I'm not really one to leave a review, however, I feel like phenomenal customer service deserves to be recognized! CJ happen to be the manager on duty who checked me is this past Thursday and also, happened to be the one to check me out today (Monday). There was an influx of customers Thursday night and he assisted his staff with checking customers in and paying for our vehicles. I received quick friendly and thorough service from CJ, when downstairs picked out my car (his coworkers exemplified his lead, running over to help the line that accumulated and apologizing for the wait) hoped in and there was CJ again helping check out customers to speed up the time we waited in line to leave. He was literally everywhere, so helpful and with a smile. His staff followed his lead, friendly and with a smile. Of course, when I was returning my vehicle, there was CJ to check me out, providing unwavering customer service with a smile and well wishes for my family and I. CJ's work ethic and leadership should be rewarded by Enterprise. I hope you see this and lead an organization one day, I'm sure you are and will continue to be so very successful and your path is bright. Thank you for providing exceptional customer service!

    Hello. Thanks for the email. I had mentioned some issues to the receiving agent at the Indianapolis Airport, she mentioned someone may contact me. First, I've used Enterprise for years because of consistent service and quality. I have noticed decreasing cleanliness upon pickup over the years, but I know the business has to be busy and corners get cut at times. Related to this rental only, I'd like to share my experience. I flew in late in the evening from the Midwest, so I was already 3 hours ahead, tired, etc. Upon arrival, I was quickly pointed to the Ram truck kinda an upgrade on paper. Probably not as fuel efficient, but I get it because I arrived later and you get what you get. The vehicle had clearly been smoked in (The next day in day light I noticed cigarette burns on the driver seat and rear seat), At that time, I only expected to need a vehicle for the week, so being tired I just rolled with it. The agents quickly got busy, so I didn't walk over to address the car seat left in the vehicle (I was traveling alone and do not have kids). I told the woman at the exit and she was nice enough to take the seat. In the parking garage, I noticed one tire was down about 15 PSI and the warning light was illuminated. Not a big deal, I work on vehicles as a hobby/side business. However, I had to add air at least 5 times during the rental. It was less often around town, but on my drive home one day it lost over 25 lbs of air pressure. After it took about 30 minutes or more to get through the exit gate (I was third in line), I exited and in the dark with lights, realized the front and rear inside windows were badly streaked from the cigarette smoke which greatly affected visibility. The next day I had to go get cleaning supplies to resolve that matter. A day or two later, I was pulled over for a non working third brake light. Slightly annoying, but I'm former law enforcement so I was not bothered even though the cop used the stop to ask questions that were inappropriately fishing to escalate the situation. Which did not happen, thankfully. The next day I bought a new bulb and replaced it to avoid any more attention from law enforcement. The driver side windshield wiper was about 50%, not a big deal, but you can see the issues just kept stacking up. Again, I enjoy using Enterprise and I rarely ever give feedback, but I felt sharing my experience may help other Enterprise customers as well. Thank you for the email, (They didn't reply.
