  Assistant manager Andrew romero was beyond disrespectful to my partner when they went in to pick up the car- the guy got paperwork wrong multiple times, disrespected my partner verbally when questioned and they didnt even have the vehicle that was discussed prior to moving to the location- which they tried to send my partner all the way to surprise to pick up a car. Andrew romeo started to disregard and ignore my partner until they felt forced to make a scene after waiting over TWO HOURS dealing degrading employees. I want to speak to the manager at some point here and make a full report about what happened as if Andrew still is able to speak and act the way he does. I want upper management to reach out if theres any care to resolve anything. I do plan to submit an official report with the BBB. You dont treat people like they arent human, especially when they (my partner) is actively dealing with HEALTH problems, may not matter to you but will definitely matter to the BBB.

  The employees were kind and polite. Kenzie made sure we were in and out quickly and she also upgraded us to an SUV without any issues. Great place to rent a car for your vacation.

  I did not get the young man’s name who helped me check in the Chrysler Pacifica today around 11:30am-ish, but he deserves a raise!! His kindness did not go unnoticed. He checked in the return quickly with no issues and I’m extremely grateful for his kindness. While I was waiting for my Lyft, I also noticed him dealing with a customer who was very upset about extra charges. He had the situation under control with impressive professionalism!! He never raised his voice and stayed calm despite the customer’s frustration. He was very patient and respectful. I’m not sure the outcome as I had to catch my ride, but what I witnessed I was very impressed. His kindness to the guest I saw him dealing with did not go unnoticed, and he absolutely deserves a raise or recognition for the way he represents your company!!!

  I want to give a shout out to Kenzie. This area isn't considered the safest part of Phoenix and the amount of shenanigans I saw Kenzie experience (by the customers not workers) was appalling. Kenzie was extremely patient even with the place being packed and the customers being rude. She kept her cool, even remembered that I was waiting outside and was conscientious of my time even when she had so much on her plate. Give this girl a raise! I'm not sure many people would have been able to stay professional during all the craziness that was going on. Really great people working here! Thanks for a great experience
