We had rented a very small car due to the high prices of car rentals in Phoenix that weekend (early March 2026) and were planning a trip to Sedona, so Makayla upgraded us at no extra charge because she thought we might be more comfortable in a larger vehicle for that trip. Jack was very helpful with arranging a drop off at another location because the East McDowell location would be closed on Sunday when we would be dropping the car off. This location is just a short Uber or cab ride from the airport and can often be a better value that renting at PHX. Thank you Jack and Makayla for your professionalism and for your amazing service!
