Over a year ago they didn’t have the oil filter for my Kia Carnival, so I had to go buy one myself from autozone, but then they changed it. I figured they’d have stock of the filters by now, over a year later and more Kia Carnivals on the road, but after waiting 30 minutes with multiple employees seeing my car I was finally told they don’t service Kia Carnivals at all once I pulled into the bay. I wish someone had told me that upfront instead of making me wait. I ended up going to Grease Monkey at 32nd St. and Thunderbird. They had zero issues getting the filter for my car, and were incredibly friendly and efficient. They will have my business from now on.

- BYBrian Y.Nov 11, 20251.0TLDR: Sloppy work, management doesn’t care. Don’t go here. Good service at this location in the past, but not now! I noticed an oily smell on the drive home and popped the hood when I got home to check. Found oil in the air box and my AFE Dry Flow air filter ruined. I cleaned up the mess, put in an old air filter I had at home, then drove back to the shop to speak with the manager. Showed him video and pics of the cleanup and the ruined air filter. He said he watched the shop video and nothing was wrong with the service. The explanation offered was that “sometimes these engines do this after an oil change”. Online search suggests that when the oil is filled too quickly on the 5.7 Hemi, it goes down the breather tube and into the air box. So that’s almost certainly what happened, and the manager almost certainly knows this, but just didn’t care to make it right. No apology. No new air filter. No partial refund. No longer a customer.
