- EPEm PoffMar 2, 20261.0Ine star becaus3 i can't leave zero. Oil Change Resulted in Damage and Denied Claim I came in for a routine oil change with no prior issues. Immediately after the service, my car developed an oil leak due to a damaged oil pan and improperly threaded gasket. I travel for work, and this left me stranded in the Arizona desert. I now have to order parts, drive over an hour to Tucson for repairs, and miss work while covering these costs myself. When I contacted corporate, I was redirected back to the same location. The manager would not speak with me directly. The assistant manager informed me my claim was denied and that they would not even refund the $75 oil change that caused the problem. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for service. This experience has been costly, stressful, and extremely disappointing.

Couldn’t make it back to Valvoline to fix the issue and ended up taking it to a local oil change place. I will not be going back to the Valvoline for any future services. Ended up having to add another quart to engine oil. First time going to Valvoline for an oil change. Normally do my own oil change, but didn’t have time today. 10/10 great first experience. The staff were super nice and the place was clean. Was in and out of the place within 15min maybe less. Will definitely come back again.
