The manager, Micah, called me a few days before my appointment to go over details about installation and time frame. On the day of my appointment, the technician, Daryl called me first thing in the morning to give me a more detailed time line as to exactly when he would arrive. He showed up exactly on time, i gave him my keys and he finished up much faster than I thought. Absolutely professional install with no mess, fingerprints or anything left behind. Would definitely use them again, even is my insurance wasn't paying the bill.

They were prompt and on time after calling earlier in the morning and letting me know approximately what time they would be here within one hour. The technician was very professional, informative and honest and took much less time than he even expected to get the windshield in and I was off to things I had to do.

He was prompt, courteous, professional, personable, knowledgeable and highly skilled. He let me know exactly what to expect, let me know what my options were and even walked me through what he was doing. He fixed my chip with minimal fuss and I have high hopes for it's stability. My only complaint currently is with Safelite's phone service, which seems to be a common theme from reading other reviewers. When attempting to call to get a better idea of when my technician would arrive, I was repeatedly cut off. I called four times and got cut off four times and never once was able to get ahold of a human. I think Safelite needs to reevaluate it's customer service as a whole.
