- SOStan OverturfNov 22, 20251.0I had the worst experience ever at this location, I've purchased rims n tires for my Toyota Avalon, Chevy Silverado n dodge challenger in the past, the only issue is had at the time was with the Silverado rims n tires, they talked me into 24" rims n tires, they told me if I didn't like them to bring them back n I can get my 22" rims n tires back. I had them for a week n came back to returned them, they said that they can't find them, I looked outside n saw them on the managers white truck, while I talking to the manager, the white left the parking lot, I was very upset, so they sent me down to the south Phoenix location n they took care of me. In time, I found out that this location past managers, they were boyfriend n girlfriend were stealing tires n rims n selling them from their home. So, my current issue with this location is, I bought just tires for my tacoma, I had them for about 2 weeks n then I got into an accident back up north on my reservation, they impounded my truck n had no clue where they took to. This shop kept blowing up my phone n threatened to take legal action, I told them to send my total amount in mail or email form, so my insurance can take of it in time. They kept pursuing n even driving 5 hours to pick up the tires, it's not easy going on the reservation n repossession anything, you have to go through court, so thank I personally the navajo nation president, so he got me some resources to get my vehicle back, I brought the tires back down to Phoenix n had their tire guy bruce pick up the tires, he was a cool guy, he should run this location. I was texting Albert from this location, don't know he's role is, but I told him I wanted to pick up my tires back up asap, due the threads were still good, he said he locate them n get back to me, we sent back n forth texting for over a week, he finally made some excuse that all their tires n rims get picked up by recycling company, which is most likely he's employees he's talking about. The bottom line was he couldn't n wasn't going to replace my tires, if couldn't offered to buy them, $50 - $100, I would've been happy with that. I should've known from the beginning of purchasing these tires, when Julio said that this location was very slow n not doing well. Lastly, I will never do business with this location, their false advertisement, their greedy, they need to be investigated hours they operate, their not even with a half star. Seriously!! THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN N GET NEED MANAGEMENT!!!! But I would strongly recommend RNR Tires Express on 59th Ave n Greenway, they offer warranty on your tires, free road side assistance, a program for free towing, plus other programs when your purchase tires or rims, 4 months same as cash, free alignment too. Their office is 10 times cleaner n very professional, ask for Gabriel, him n he's team are very professional, they stand behind their products at well. They even have a tech that use to work with Albert n Julio, he left because of what their were doing to customers, he told me to tell Julio what up for him as well!! Look at RNR reviews, all their customers are happy n satisfied, that's how a business suppose to operate. CUSTOMERS 1ST, NOT EMPLOYEES!! RNR TIRE EXPRESS WILL HAVE MY BUSINESS N FAMILY N FRIENDS FOR LIFE!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT LOCATION 10 🌟!!

How does your program work?
We're all about making the wheels, tires, accessories and services you need and want affordable. We have a Buy-It-Today or 9-Months (41 Weeks) Early Purchase Option. Our 9-Months (41 Weeks) Early Purchase option allows you up to about 9 months (41 weeks) to pay off your wheels and or tires at our cash price. We also have Rent-To-Own, which allows you up to 82 weeks to pay off your wheels and/or tires. With Rent-To-Own if you don't pay your balance in full within 9 months (41 weeks), you'll receive 50% off of your remaining agreement balance if you decide to payoff your agreement early. You can fill out our online application to be pre-approved.

Yes, both! You can purchase or Rent-To-Own only tires and wheels. You can also buy or Rent-To-Own just one tire/wheel or a thousand. We're flexible! We carry a variety of tires for passenger, performance, truck and off-road vehicles, all latest styles and brands of wheels, all available to buy or through our Rent-To-Own program.
What do I need to rent wheels & tires/What to bring?
To qualify for our Rent-To-Own program we have a few simple requirements. In order to open an agreement, you will have to show proof of employment (paycheck stub), proof of vehicle insurance, vehicle registration, driver's license, proof of address (utility bill) and 5 references. How does the referral program work?
Earn $50 toward your account for every friend you recommend that becomes a customer. There is no limit! Refer as many friends as you would like. Simply call the store with their name and number and we’ll do all the work. Qualifications: You must be an active customer in good standing. The referred customer must open a new rent-to-own agreement with us for a set of wheels and/or tires. It’s simple!
