  Parking lot at the Thomas Raceway carwash, had trash everywhere and the trashcans were full. When I asked an employee about it she just glared at me like it was my fault. Vacuums didn't have much power and the wash itself seemed to have left scratches on my car. Very poor service all in all and I've always had good experiences with this carwash. Will definitely be taking my business to clean Freak from now on.

  Always a good experience when I come here! Benny was helpful with setting up my membership. And also when I come clean towels are always available. Benny always checks in with the customers making sure needs are met! Keep up the good work guys!

  I’ve been paying for the monthly subscription since April 2025, and it’s been great. Every time I’m there the team is solid, and I want to shout out BENNY!!! He is always kind, and attentive to his customers. I’ve watched him help his fellow coworkers address situations as they come up. Thank you Benny and thank you to the team over at Raceway.

  Hands down the best car wash in Phoenix, and it’s all because of Benny. You don’t meet people like him often — courteous, genuine, and full of energy every single time. He runs this place like he owns it, and it shows. The service is always sharp, the team follows his lead, and the whole experience feels a cut above anywhere else. Benny’s the reason I keep coming back. If every manager had his attitude, half the businesses in this city would run better.

  I visited your car wash today and had a very disappointing experience. When I approached the tracks, a young employee asked if I would need towels, and I said yes. However, by the time he returned, I was already moving onto the track. My left tire went off the tracks because he didn’t guide me properly, and I had to stop and fix the position myself.As I continued through the wash, my car shifted again and came off the tracks near the end. The car behind me kept honking, and I had to carefully maneuver to get back on track. After exiting, I parked to dry and vacuum my car, but the vacuum wasn’t working. My car was still soaking wet, and my right tire and rim were greasy. I tried another vacuum station, which was also broken, and finally had to move to another one to finish.I’m very disappointed with the lack of assistance and the poor condition of your equipment. I hope you can address these issues so future customers don’t experience the same frustration. I will never go back again.
