I've been going here for about 3 months. I paid the monthly membership before I washed it the first time. What a terrible wash. Very quick maybe 2 minutes. I figured it was just the individual location and I'd try the others. Well there is still grease left on my rims and for some reason they can't seem to wash the car off all the way on the back end of it. Despite being "dried" it's still soaked. I've been to all of the raceways in the north valley and they all do the same thing. . I always have soap left over and greasy rims. I spend more time after I wash it drying it off and getting excess soap/dirt off I don't know if it's worth it anymore. I know I have a pearl white car and there will never be a way to keep it perfect but I try. I gave 3 stars instead of 1 because the employees are pretty good and included in your membership they give you a trash bag, glass wipe, interior wipe and air freshener every time. Their vacuums are great and there is always a spot to use the vacuums and air. Plus the towels. My gripe about the towels is they are never exactly dry except in July. I end up letting one sit on the top of my car with the sun hitting it to get it dry. Otherwise damp towels leave spots.

Different locations have different equipment to wash cars. Sometimes the wash is great, other times thevcar is still wet and missing the tire shine I paid for in my membership like this location did today. Called customer service to discuss and was told someone would call in a few days. Nobody ever called. Thanks anyways but their compeditor just gave me a membership unlimited with more products than raceways ultimate wash for 11 bucks! Comes with a circle k gas card for 30cents off gas all month. Raceway couldent get it right so I went to a company that does.

I’ve been an unlimited member for quite some time now and it’s always something.. the BIG ISSUE? Towels, why do I have to run stall to stall for towels? And then I find towels and they have a strong odor like some kind of fabric softener. Then I start wiping my windows and the rags start leaving this white film on my windows on my car. The rags smell like softener of some type, and I feel like they rushed them, meaning I’m pretty sure they were supposed to ring them out a little more like I could ring the rag, and some kind of solution was coming out. That’s how soaking wet they were. I don’t wanna bring my car to the car wash, to have to get out after the car wash to have to go back in the car wash to get whatever solution is on the towels.OFF!!! it just defeats the purpose coming to the car wash if you’re gonna use the folded towels in these little dispensers and your car is gonna turn white. This stuff is hard to get off of your windows. I’ve tried regular rags at home paper towel with Windex and it seems to just smear. So please if you know you’re running low on towels, get a Headstart so you’re not rushing the wash and rinse process to get more rags/towels out into these dispensers. It’s just frustrating. And why when you go to pull in and the employees directing you into the car wash, why do some of them spray your windows? I’m pretty sure it’s bug spray. I don’t know, but anyway, and some of them don’t so it’s either you get the spray or you don’t are we supposed to be getting it, or are we not supposed to be getting it? Now I have to go home again after this review and pretty much wipe my whole car down because the rags/towels here suck. I do have to admit, though they do smell good but as far as I’m doing what they were supposed to do? NO!!!
