The hot dog section was pretty thin but I was able to get what I wanted. I was disappointed with the condiment section. It was not being maintained and was a mess. The staff here seemed friendly and were efficient at getting people out of the door. The restrooms could use some work though.

I went in and ordered my favorite dish a mac and cheese barbecue brisket yum went to the register to pay and said hello to the cashier who's name was Jose. This was around 1:15 pm 9/4/2025. He didn't acknowledge me. I thought maybe he didn't hear me so I repeated "hello". He didn't apologize or acknowledge he simply said "oh I'm not a people person I just ring you up and push on to the next person". I have been going to QT since they first started popping up in Phoenix and one of the many things I love about them is that they train their people to go out of their way to help and be curtious to their customers. The most annoying thing about this experience was that when I went around to wait for my food he did indeed move on to the next customers to which he smiled and even laughed with. Maybe he just doesn't like little old ladies that walk with cane who are of Mexican decent 🤔
