- FDFree DomeAug 13, 20251.0I’ve always liked coming to QuickTrip because of their fast service and friendly staff, but my recent visit completely changed my opinion. The cashier working at the front was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They didn’t greet me when I walked up, acted annoyed when I asked a simple question about a product, and barely made eye contact. When it came time to pay, they tossed my change on the counter instead of handing it to me. Customer service is supposed to make you feel welcome, but instead, I felt like I was inconveniencing them by being there. If QuickTrip wants to keep loyal customers, they need to make sure employees treat people with respect and basic courtesy.
