- AGAnthony GarnatzDec 20, 20251.0I stopped at my local QT to get gas and really needed to use the restroom, so I went inside. The bathrooms were locked, and I was told they stay locked until 4 AM. I honestly don’t understand this, especially since there’s an armed security guard on the premises. It was pretty frustrating and disappointing to experience this when you expect basic access at a convenience store.

- MFMatt FortuneMay 10, 20191.0By far the worst QT I've ever been to. I've probably been to 15+ in the valley. It's 50/50 if I'll be greeted when I walk in. They are constantly out of Copenhagen Pouches. Whoever does their ordering needs some retraining. If it's a computer, it needs to be reprogrammed. I was there yesterday and the line was six deep. It took the lady three times to call for "help up top" before some guy casually walked up to help. This is a regular occurrence here when the line is backed up, very slow to help. About a week ago I was there and standing at the counter waiting to be helped while the cashier was carrying on a casual conversation with a customer. Yes, their transaction was complete. They appeared to be just chatting with a friend while I waited patiently. I know all of these are not what QT expects, but this is par for the course at this QT. Unfortunate because I live in the condo's right behind it. I needed an energy drink tonight and instead of walking over, I got in my car and drove to Circle K on 16th and Bell.
