- RRRene RiveryJul 28, 20252.06:11 in the morning when everybody is taking coffee to go to work, the coffee machine was close because it was cleaning I understand that those unit has to be clean, but not in the middle of the traffic of people getting the coffee They had to clean all the coffee area before people start coming to the store to get breakfast
- VVValerie VAJul 22, 20251.0The ice machines for the soda fountain are always broken. This is ARIZONA! You need ice with iced tea. I won’t even stop at this location anymore, and instead, I go to the one at 83rd and McDowell. I’ve wasted too much time walking in and finding out there’s no ice. The one at 83rd and McDowell also has the new Freezoni and soda stations, as well as a the new iced tea, lemonade and limeade station. This location NEVER EVER has UNSWEETENED TEA!! For some strange reason, they’re always cleaning the unsweetened tea tanks. I don’t understand. I go in at 2PM, 2:30PM, 3PM, 2AM or 5:30AM, and there’s never any unsweetened tea, but you’re always cleaning the tanks???? NOT TRUE! YOU DON’T WANT TO MAKE UNSWEETENED TEA! I’m so tired of this QT, but it’s the closest one to my employer, but I’m starting to come unglued in this location because it’s ALWAYS a major disappointment. Maybe do something about the homeless and junkies coming in, filling a cup with ice, taking one sip, dumping it into the soda fountain drain, rinse and REPEAT! The law says you have to provide them with water, but it’s time you also look after your paying customers, too. I’m not returning ever again, because you don’t care about the homeless and junkies scaring the paying customers away, pouring all the ice down the drain, or even taking over the soda fountain, but oh well, hopefully someone at your corporate headquarters sees these low reviews and takes actions.

- DADavid AlleeJan 22, 20242.0They replaced the bathroom paper towels with germ spreaders, I mean air dryers, which is really bad considering the only way to open the door to leave is to pull on the same nasty handle everyone else does whether they washed their hands or not. Also the gas receipt printers always seem broken and nobody cares about it. Maybe they like it that way because then I have to go inside and they hope I'll spend more money
