They went above and beyond one of them even brought out fresh donuts from the back just for me. They didn’t have to do that, but it really showed how kind and thoughtful the staff are. Truly great people and excellent service.

- MMMaryJane Lane (MJ)Oct 25, 20251.0I went to a church function at the park just down the street and then walked to this QT location, #1411, so I could use the restroom and wash my hands. I was in the parking lot getting a cup to obtain a refill - less than 2 minutes had passed - when the rude security guard said they don't allow loitering. I replied I'm getting my refill cup so I can go in. Not even one minute later I had obtained that cup and went inside. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands before handling any of their equipment or wiping myself after I went. While in the restroom the CSR came in 3 times to do ' busy work so she could make sure I want doing any drugs or something in there. I washed my hand twice before using the toilet and twice again when I was finished. I had to do more than pee so it took me longer than they thought prudent to my visit I assume. After I was gone washing my hands I slashed water on my face, cleaned my prescription glasses and finally wiped down the sink and faucets before I exited the restroom. Before I could even get out of the restroom I was being told I was in there too long. The manager said I was in there for over 30 mins and the guard said there were complaints because I was holding up the stall. There was only one other customer that came in the entire time I was using the small stall. The security guard said I was being trespassed and not to come back. Upon leaving the security guard said it was over 45 minutes now (guess it takes 15 mins to walk out of the store from the ladies bathroom. Then he rudely insulted me stating I looked at least 80 years old. I'm 53. I've never stolen anything and have never been disrespectful to anyone the store. I've never caused issues ever while I've been going there. Due to this rude behavior towards me I don't want to return to this establishment when either of the workers are on duty. I've never been so disrespected by a company mor than I have by QT's
