QuikTrip’s famous fountain is always guaranteed to quench your thirst, with more than 30 flavors of soda and tea, not to mention our frozen drinks like Freezoni® and Smoothies! And don’t forget our wide selection of Grab & Go items, including all beef hot dogs and taquitos, breakfast sandwiches, subs, salads, wraps, and donuts. - DRDanielle RuizOct 25, 20251.0II’m disappointed and angry after what I witnessed at the QuikTrip on 28th Dr & Cactus. During my visit I watched employees treat a male customer with outright rudeness and sarcasm — all because he didn’t hear the clerk call him to the register. The staff’s attitude was ugly and disrespectful, and it was embarrassing to see. On top of that the store is dirty and uninviting, which might explain stress, but it doesn’t excuse the employees’ behavior. I’ve shopped at many QuikTrip locations in other states and this is NOT the standard I expect. Because of how the team treated a customer in front of me, my family is boycotting this location. I hope management sees this review and re-evaluates who they’re hiring and how they train staff — this needs to change.

- TEToni EvansBrownAug 6, 20251.0Today QuikTrip at 2840 W Cactus Rd., Phoenix, AZ I’m a single female visiting from Florida, and I stopped by this QuikTrip location at 1:05 AM to fuel up and use the restroom. As a paying customer, I was shocked and disappointed to be denied access to the restroom. The sales associate, Nicholas D., informed me it was “closed”—yet as part of staff duties, restrooms should be regularly sanitized and made available, especially to paying customers. Denying someone basic restroom access at a gas station—especially late at night—is completely unacceptable. This experience made me feel unwelcome and unsafe. I expected better from QuikTrip. I will be contacting corporate this is horrible
- JEJohn EvansJul 31, 20251.0All I asked for was a little black tray in order to get two of the chicken rollers and two of the egg rolls. But I was told that I wasn't allowed to have one. So instead of buying food and getting energy drinks I just walked out. I hate those stupid plastic bags. I don't want hot food on those plastic bags. They're just messy. Hard to eat while driving. I guess I'll just go to circle k. They have the same basic food but they have the little white trays.
