- CCCambria CatlinDec 15, 20253.0I would like to give this place 5 stars. The place has always been extremely clean and the employees very friendly. While a couple exits are blocked, there are still 2 full sets of entrances. As an Arizona Registered Sanitarian (certified health inspector) and customer, I have never seen any identifiable health concerns. I'm not sure what happened on the day that others reported it being dirty as each time I visited employees were vigilantly cleaning. The reason I'm rating this particular QT so poorly is that the regular security guard who works there is arrogant, biased, and inconsiderate. I have always appreciated the work of security guards in helping to maintain lower prices (stopping shoplifting) and protecting workers. They often greet costumers with smiles. Unfortunately, the security guard here is rude and abrupt. He startled me twice by banging on my window (once within 5 minutes of arrival). He kept threatening to call the police on me and giving me "10 minutes", "3 minutes" to vacate the premises. It was terribly frustrating as I was simply placing a couple phone calls and uploading documents on my way to the next stop. In addition, I was a customer, not a loiterer. The only reason I can think that he picked me out of the crowd is that my wonderfully reliable, sunburned, 2007 Honda Accord has like 6 nice big dents on the body (thankfully not a result of my personal driving). Dear QT, PLEASE, teach this security gentleman some "bedside" manners! I left your parking lot in tears and swearing I would never return.

There security guard walking around and the typical side door that’s open at other locations is locked here, Inside of the store is clean and service was good. I don’t think I’d stop again in the future here.
- DRDanielle RuizOct 25, 20251.0II’m disappointed and angry after what I witnessed at the QuikTrip on 28th Dr & Cactus. During my visit I watched employees treat a male customer with outright rudeness and sarcasm — all because he didn’t hear the clerk call him to the register. The staff’s attitude was ugly and disrespectful, and it was embarrassing to see. On top of that the store is dirty and uninviting, which might explain stress, but it doesn’t excuse the employees’ behavior. I’ve shopped at many QuikTrip locations in other states and this is NOT the standard I expect. Because of how the team treated a customer in front of me, my family is boycotting this location. I hope management sees this review and re-evaluates who they’re hiring and how they train staff — this needs to change.
