- KKKai KekoaOct 22, 20251.0Formal Complaint Regarding Employee Conduct at QuikTrip on 10/22/2025 Dear QuikTrip Corporate, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with an experience at your store on the night of October 22, 2025. The employee, identified as “Kat,” who was working the night shift alone, displayed unprofessional and disrespectful behavior that fell far below the high standards I associate with QuikTrip. During my visit, I attempted to purchase two sausage breakfast rolls from the back, as the ones displayed up front appeared old and unappetizing. My intention was to heat them in a microwave, as they seemed fresher. However, Kat was dismissive and initially refused to allow me to purchase the items, claiming they were not available for sale. Despite my insistence that the items were bagged and available, she responded with a rude attitude and walked away, leaving me feeling disrespected. The situation escalated at the cash register when I paid with a $20 bill. Kat threw my change onto the counter, causing it to scatter, and remarked, “Here’s your money,” in a highly unprofessional and hostile tone. This behavior was shocking and unacceptable, given QuikTrip’s reputation for excellent customer service. I am deeply disappointed by this experience and believe it reflects poorly on the store’s commitment to customer satisfaction. I plan to contact corporate directly to discuss this matter further, as I feel this incident could lead to a loss of business from myself and others in the community. Please address this issue promptly.
