Their employees are rude and they falsely accuse people of stealing things when I’m a paying customer I’ve been a paying customer for many years at the same location. Their security officer sucks He was telling me how much you hated working there and that his company, and yes, I hope you’re reading this, said that you Don’t pay him enough, just an old man who hates his job and a business that will go under if they continue to treat their customers as such.

- SSSamuel Reno (Sammie)Oct 2, 20251.0Gas station auto-stopper failed to engage while I was grabbing a drink inside and ended up flooding their gas area and charging me $65.00 in gas for a car that can hardly hold $20.00 worth. I requested a refund, staff said it shouldn't be a problem and just need a supervisors approval since it was over $20 refund being provided per company policy. Didn't get a call back for over 24hrs and was advised my refund had been denied because it was my responsibility to stay near the car. While I acknowledge they have the posting advising as such, every gas station ever has auto-stoppers that typically work and its incredibly common for people to grab something real quick while their car is filling. I'm not asking for compensation for the damage the gas did to my EVAP system, the damage the gas did to my paint, or possibly my tires. I just requested a refund for just the excess gas, but instead I was told to kick rocks. You're a national brand and can afford $45 in the name of goodwill with your customers for a simple fault on your own equipment, especially in the current economy. Absolutely shameful.
