I submitted a claim immediately, but the car wash denied responsibility and did not provide the requested video evidence. All I received was automatic emails. I repaired the rims at my own expense, and a professional confirmed the damage is consistent with automatic car wash machinery. I cannot recommend this location for anyone wanting to protect their vehicle. Be cautious if you considering coming into this location.
