From the start, they completely ignored every “no” I gave, fast-talking me and trying to push a subscription I clearly wasn’t interested in. I politely said I just wanted a single wash, but they kept insisting. When I finally had to be firm and say I’m not interested and to please just let me through, they responded with a sarcastic “you okay man?” before taking my card. Then, instead of moving on, they continued to pressure me about their “discount” subscription and questioned whether I understood what they were saying. At that point, I just stayed silent while they finally ran my card. If the manager or owner is willing to reach out and discuss this further, I’d appreciate it — but as it stands, we won’t be coming back and strongly recommend others stay away from this location.
