  I am not from Phoenix, so I did my due diligence and relied on Google reviews to choose a car wash with a 4.7 rating. Based on that, I had high expectations, but I was quickly disappointed. When I arrived, the young woman at the entrance was polite and pleasant, which I appreciated. However, once I pulled into the wash, the service fell short. The attendant didn’t even spray the front of my vehicle, and I am honestly not sure what areas were covered at all. For nearly $30, I expected a thorough clean, but the wash was extremely quick and left my vehicle still visibly dirty. To make matters worse, there were no drying cloths available in any of the bays, and the vacuums were ineffective. Overall, it did not match the rating or the price point, and I left feeling frustrated with the experience.

  My car is being so happy ever since we found Quick Quack car wash, quality locations, quality customer service, quality washes and quality vacuums. I recommend them 100%. I talked based on my experience about a year of using them, and the service still great. You wouldn't never be charged for using the vacuums or towels ever if you are not a member. At the location of cotton ln and Greenway team had always been so respectful and helpful always showing good customer service. The locations always, clean no garbage, Always towels on the station, the vacuums always functioning full blast. They even advertise themselves, standing on the sidewalk with their signs. I totally recommend them.

  I'm new to the Quick Quack car wash subscription so I was curious on what to expect. I was helped out by Max who checked me in so quickly, offered me some towels, and helped me choose a new air freshener. Max’s customer care helped boost my morning mood, and made my trip to the car wash a better experience.
