  Came to this car wash for the advertised $7.99 car wash, looking for a quick drive-through wash. When I arrived, the guy told me there was an up charge making the total $13.99 for my car being “dirty”…. duh, that’s why I’m at the car wash, right? I said no thank you I’m just interested in the $7.99 wash, the attendant said no that is not an option and pointed me to the exit. I drove off without my car getting washed and will never return again.

  I paid $45 + $7 tip for an exterior car hand wash. I would have liked for my wheels & tire wells to be cleaned. Some wheel tire would have been nice to give it a "clean car" look. If Im choosing a hand wash over running it through the machine I think they could do better for the price. If I get a reply for Mgmt for another try to do it right then I'll happily update my review & contue being a customer

  Rude, careless and don't care if they break something on your car because they're "not responsible" for it. Do NOT take your car here.

  Never coming here again. Paid $40 for the platinum wash. When it was done they couldn't close the trunk on my Highlander. I asked the "manager" inside and he said "maybe it's wet, just drive around for a while until it dries. We're not responsible." I was trying to fix it myself before leaving the property and they were telling me to leave. Super rude and worthless. Last time I come here.
