  Not a truck stop. Invented truck parking. Huge lot next to it that should be rented to this place as it is an empty, paved lot that no one can park in.

  The chicken is overcooked and Dry , the biscuits are burnt to where their early like a quarter size Their air machines are not free. You are forced to swipe a credit card to get air in your tires. Which most q t's and Circle K's have free air.

  Drivers beware this newer store @ 17405 South 40th street in Phoenix, Az … it’s has pilot fuel but isn’t a pilot . They NOW are charging person person to shower so $30.00 for a couple like us and you aren’t able to use your points. The customer service is awful. But Randy’s donuts and el Gordo restaurant inside are pretty solid. Sad they treat drivers like that . We will not come back we fueled here 4 to 6 times a week. Already reported them to our company so they have been added to the do not fuel list . Pilot should really reconsider who they let use their name.

  This store is absolutely the worst place to come to. Went to get a shower and they want to charge for two people. My wife and I shower together. Then since y'all are a dealer store you dont take the points. So tired of teuck stops treating drivers like shit. We are the ones and our companies are the ones that keep y'all open. So sad that you rathera over charge for everything and treat drivers like shit. Would give you a negative 5 but is not on here. I will never come back and spend any money here not even to get fuel o. My companies dime.
