  I went in with a friend of mine who was renting a truck. Bella was extremely helpful. Jacob, not so much. My friend had rented a truck and a car dolly. Jacob pulled up with a full car trailer attached to the moving truck. When we asked about the smaller dolly, he just shrugged and went back inside. We thought he was going to walk around the truck with us, as is usually customary when renting a truck from a company. It seems obvious that the latter trailer is a better option, but we were concerned we were going to be charged more. He could've said, "We were out, so you were upgraded for the same price." Instead he looked clueless as to how to answer our question. After watching us struggling with loading the trailer, Bella came out and helped us with the trailer questions we had. After Bella went back inside, we noticed damage on the truck, and walked in to make sure it was already noted, since the paperwork we received said there was no damage. We walked in and were told it was noted in the file. We took time stamped photos to avoid possible future charges bc we weren't confident with this answer. This experience made me very hesitant to use this rental company for my future moving needs. The biggest part for me was bc they can't hook up your car bc of "liability", but it's a pain if you don't already know how to do it and need someone to show you what to do. Bella is a great asset. Jacob was nice, but just didn't come across as very knowledgeable. There was a third gentleman who came out to help move a mirror that was broken on the truck, but I didn't catch his name. Inside the truck was very clean and easy to maneuver.

  I am one of the biggest fans of Penske racing especially Nascar, and Indycar. A friend of mine a couple of days ago gave me a Penske jacket and it was stolen from me, however everything happens for a reason and a purpose... Someone else needed the jacket and besides I'm very blessed and grateful for even getting the jacket in the first place, I pray that the person who it ends up with will be warm just like I was. At the moment I'm a homeless Veteran and where I lay my head is home and God gives what I need when I need it, not too little and not too much just enough. I'm sitting here in Tollson Arizona at BadAss Coffee and waiting for some money to hit my account so I can get a shower, it's been a while since I've had one. I can't get a hotel room because my Veterans ID doesn't have my birthdate on it, but yesterday as I was walking down 75th Ave I saw a Penske truck rental and it gave me a boost of intestinal fortitude, so deep and sound that it gave me enough endurance to keep going for my dream of not only getting a shower and a hotel room, but an RV with everything paid for, along with season tickets for Nascar, because I would like nothing more than to follow the Nascar series for this next year, starting with the 24hrs of Daytona. Ty Mr Penske for all that you do for us Veterans I am very grateful for you and I appreciate your involvement in racing all together, I hope that one day I can actually meet you in person.
